Denys Dukhovnov

I hold a Ph.D. in Demography from the University of California at Berkeley, with a prior background in Applied Sociology and Data Analytics. I work as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the Human Mortality Database based in Berkeley, CA. My research agenda revolves around the intersection of contemporary demographic issues and spatial analysis of sociodemographic phenomena, motivated by over a decade of work experience with spatial methods, social theory, and demographic estimation. My substantive interests include time use, spatial structure and relationships, inequality, and mortality.
